This voter registration portal has been developed specifically for the Bangladeshi community in Ireland to support the Election 2025 process of the All Bangladeshi Association of Ireland (ABAI). We collect only the data necessary to assist with your voter registration, such as your name, email address, phone number, and location. All data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

• Our legitimate interest in community engagement (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

• Compliance with legal obligations under Irish electoral law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)

Your data (except your name) will never be shared with anyone outside authorised election commissioners or IT personnel, unless required for lawful processing.

Your data is stored securely within Ireland and is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil its intended purpose. We apply robust technical and organisational security measures, including encryption, access control, and secure hosting.
